There are many existing homes that can be dramatically enhanced with a simple reworked layout, or an appropriate addition.
Following an initial site inspection and meeting to ascertain the key requirements we will create a 3D model of the existing building and proposed addition. At this stage depending on the nature of alteration a recommendation may be made to get an external report (engineers, geotechnical, fire) etc…
Once reports and 3D modeling has been agreed upon and the client wishes to proceed we will measure the existing home and then develop preliminary sketch design drawings to communicate the proposal.
Should the client wish to proceed with the project, a fee proposal is submitted to carry out development of the design, prepare architectural drawings and lodge the development application. A range of ongoing services are also available to cover interior design detailing, construction drawings.
