Brief:
The brief was to open up the existing single story brick and tile house, which had many dead spaces and unusable areas, into a more modern contemporary layout. The owners entertain on a regular basis and wanted outdoor areas that were private and functional.
Three treated pine decks were created and aluminum bi-fold doors were installed.
An ocean blue polycarbonate roof was created over all three decks.All areas are a seamless walk from the inside to the outside, the house was now much more user friendly and increased living space dramatically.
