Brief: To create a large entertaining area to the West facing front of the house.
Keeping the colonial house style we decided to go big and bold.
The extension had generous eaves,with high stained timber ceiling and fan.
Clean-cut lines,sharp edges,and mute tones achieve the desired result.
A picket handrail and fretwork tie in the addition to the era.
An unuseable storeroom now becomes a functional double garage.
