Seaforth Makeover
Brief:
The tired Brick and Tile residence was "L" shaped originally.
We filled in the void to make the footprint square.
We replaced the roof with a "colourbond" roof and raised the ceiling.
The original floor was matched with a new spotted gum floor.
The house now has a large atrium feel.
The green outside surround flood inside.
This is an entertainers delight and a true luxury home.
All areas are a seamless walk from the inside to the outside,
the house was now much more user friendly and increased living space dramatically.
