FREE HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION
Contact our office for a free consultation to discuss your ideas.
We ask you provide us a wish list of what you require and any ideas you already have on design.
Based on this preliminary meeting we quickly sketch up your new home layout on site, incorporating those ideas from your wish list to ensure we are on the “same page” when it comes to design. -
SCHEMATIC SKETCH CONSULTATION
From the initial meeting we create a conceptual 3D model with schematic sketches.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
If you wish to proceed we:
- Go over the design brief methodology, reviewing and amending schematics as required
- Discuss budget, cost evaluation and practicality
- Discuss and review DCP constraints
- Organize Consultants that are require to assist with the DA (e.g. Surveyor, Engineer, Fire report, Geotechnic, Arbourist)
- Accurately measure up the existing building to get "as built" plans built for a true base.

FINAL DESIGN
With design agreed upon final drawings are completed, including any extra information required by council.

COUNCIL PRE LODGMENT MEETING
Present Council with proposal .This may include additional photos, shadow diagrams effect, consultant reports.
Report back to client with any amendments required by council. -
FINAL PLANS
Finalize Drawings with amendments from council pre-lodgment meeting.-LODGE DA

DA APPROVAL/WORKING DRAWINGS*
Once the DA has been approved we prepare any architectural plans including any changes required under the council conditions to construction standard, including window and door schedules.
Apply for a Construction Certificate through a private certifier.
